University Health Requirements
Stevenson鈥檚 Student Health Profile must be completed by all new, full-time students. The profile is completed online through the Wellness Center Secure Patient Portal. New students are provided a Stevenson single sign-on account (one log-in and password for a variety of Stevenson services) in the time leading up to their first semester. As a part of the completed health profile, all full-time students, whether residential or commuter, are required to be immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) according to the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). If immunization records are not available, students will be asked to show proof of immunity through a titer test (blood work) results. All full-time students planning to live on-campus are also required to be immunized against Meningococcal disease.
There are three parts to the profile that must be completed online prior to the start of the student鈥檚 first semester at Stevenson. Failure to complete the Student Health Profile by the given deadline results in a delay in the student moving onto campus and registration for future classes.
