Campus Expansion: Focused on our Future

Follow the momentum as we expand our campus!

Philip A. Zaffere Library

The construction of our new 42,000-square-foot Philip A. Zaffere Library began in fall 2022. The new space complements the existing Manning Academic Center and School of Design buildings at Owings Mills North to form the academic hub of the university鈥檚 Owings Mills campus. The Library features space to facilitate student and faculty collaboration, research, and scholarship; host social and cultural events; and house faculty and administrative offices.

The Sandra and Malcolm Berman Family Performing Arts Center

Our new Performing Arts Center will begin construction in 2024. The Center will serve Stevenson鈥檚 Theatre and Media Performance program, providing a new venue for stage productions, as well as create new performance and rehearsal space for music, dance, fashion, and other fine arts events and activities. The Center will include a black box theater, scene shop, music performance stage, and support spaces.
